Flap Diverter Valves – VAB

VERSATILE SOLUTION FOR PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS

The flap diverter valve uses a swinging flap to divert material from one duct to another.

The VAB Flap Diverter Valves are fitted on pneumatic conveying ducts whenever it is required to switch the flow of material to different production lines.

Technical Features

VALVE
Casing: cast aluminium alloy;
Mobile flap seal: EPDM (white colour, food-grade certified, antistatic);
Working temperature: from - 20°C to 80°C
Working pressure: max.+ 2.0 bar and -0.3 bar.
Various actuators available
Diameter Range: 50 mm – 65 mm - 80 mm – 100 mm – 125 mm – 150 mm – 200 mm
Cast aluminium alloy or nickel plated version both available with ATEX certification for Group II Cat. 1D/3D c T 135°C on request
It can be used either as diverterting or converging
